MEET TEAM GALLOWAY

Dr. Chris Galloway

Dr. Chris Galloway has earned a Ph.D. in School Improvement from Texas State University. Chris has experience as a successful teacher, athletic coach, secondary administrator, elementary principal, central office administrator, and superintendent. He has worked in charter schools, large urban schools, and small rural communities. Currently, Chris is working with a major Texas Education Service Center to coach superintendents on executive leadership and strategic planning. Chris has found success in education leadership by focusing on relationships, building capacity, and accountability.

Dr. Kimberly Galloway

Dr. Kimberly Galloway has earned an Ed.D. in Teaching and Curriculum Design from Northcentral University. Kimberly has experience as a teacher, STEM specialist for an Education Service Center, and district program coordinator. In her career, Kimberly has evaluated district programs, provided coaching for teachers, created and delivered professional development, managed million-dollar grants, and successfully coordinated district student programs.

We offer a variety of leadership services. Weekly Group Leadership Coaching Customized 1:1 Leadership Coaching Staff/Team Development * If we do not have what you're looking for, we have a network of coaches to refer you to.

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions.
How long does it typically take to see results?

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
Do you coach virtually, as well?

Absolutely. Many of our sessions are able to be conducted via Zoom.
What states does your company work in?

Galloway Education Associates works with school districts and educators in every state except Texas. We currently have a role in Texas that requires us to refer school districts to their local Education Service Center for support. If you are in Texas and would like free information on how your local ESC can support your district, we would be happy to provide that to you.
